Power Yoga Palm Springs is approved by Yoga Alliance and officially a yoga teacher training school.

The teacher training contains a balanced blend of all the skills needed to teach a well-rounded Power Yoga class. Learn Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, History, Philosophy, Anatomy and so much more about yourself. Yoga, as a consistent practice, can help you grow as an individual and a leader. This is a complete program that will enliven your practice and give you the tools to share the many benefits of yoga with the world. You will gain the ability to infuse technical knowledge into your teaching in a way that is simple, yet effective, in a language and context that will be accessible for your students.
